基于环境监测的煤炭堆场智能洒水系统研究

摘要: 提出了一种更加高效节能的基于环境监测的采用堆栈自编码器和模糊控制模型的智能洒水系统。通过无线传感器网络将环境监测与洒水控制系统相连接,利用小型气象站实现对堆场环境的实时监测和预测分析,并依据环境中的风、温度等主要影响因素变化和趋势,智能控制洒水装置的开启、关闭以及洒水量。从实际应用效果来看,基于环境监测的智能洒水系统提高了抑尘效果,降低了用水量,粉尘控制效率达到90%,水资源利用率达到86%。

Abstract: Coal in the coal yard under the action of the wind make the coal dust into the air caused by the pollution of the environment, the common method is to use the manual method of high pressure water gun to the coal at regular time that can not only prevent the coal dust from flying, but also can prevent the spontaneous ignition of the coal in the low burning point under the condition of high temperature in summer. Intelligent sprinkler system based on environmental monitoring which based on wireless sensor network is put forward in this paper. The environmental monitoring timely according to the changes of the main factors, such as wind, temperature and so on, to decide the sprinkler system whether open or and the yield of water .The system uses Stacked Autoencoder and fuzzy forecast to forecast situations . The results show that the effect of dust removal is improved and the water consumption is reduced. The utilization rate of water resources was improved, the dust control efficiency reached 90%, and the utilization rate of water resources was up to 86%.
